Nilam - Nilamudeen came to us after the tsunami, where we lost his father, who was our gardener.
He started working at the Stardust as our night watcher. On busy evenings he was helping out in the kitchen & became interested in the preparation of good food. Now he is one of our skilled and cherished cooks. |

Rhinos is our chef cook Samad's younger brother.
He wanted to go to university, but his marks was not high enough. So in the beginning he was not happy about joining us in the kitchen. But he worked and learned, and now he is one of our jolly & valued team. Perhaps because he is a good sportsman, too. |

| Anvar was here before the Tsunami. Then he got married & went to the Middle East to earn more money. When he came back, he told, he used all his income for expensive telephone calls home. Now he is working in our kitchen team and sometimes as a waiter, too. |

| Imran is the youngest staff member in the kitchen. He is training & working hard and he is also a good sportsman. |

| Nizar is our other waiter. He is ready to help you in any way & has a developed sense of humour, too. |
